CNC Deep Hole Drilling and Boring for Long, Large-Diameter Workpieces

For cylinder barrels, heavy shafts, oilfield parts, energy equipment and other long bores requiring drilling, boring or combined processing. The process route is matched to blank condition, stock removal and final acceptance requirements.

Typical machining rangeHole diameter approximately 20–500 mm; workpiece length/depth up to 16,000 mm depending on model; L/D ratio confirmed after rigidity and chip-removal review.
Accuracy and finishDimensional tolerance, straightness and roughness are specified by process stage; boring commonly targets approximately Ra 1.6–3.2 μm before any finish honing or burnishing.

Single-Station or Multi-Station
