Guanghe developed this customized deep-hole drilling machine around the customer's aluminum-component process and conductivity assembly requirements.
The customer drills deep holes in aluminum components so that copper rods can be inserted to support the required electrical-conductivity assembly.
At the customer site, the recorded cycle time was approximately 90 minutes per workpiece under that specific setup. Actual cycle time depends on the workpiece material, hole diameter, hole depth, tooling, coolant, chip evacuation and acceptance requirements, and must be confirmed through an engineering review and process trial.
