The 2MK25 honing machine is an ideal equipment with high precision and efficiency, suitable for honing and polishing cylindrical deep hole workpieces, such as various hydraulic cylinders, cylinders and other precision pipe fittings. Specially suitable for honing and polishing workpieces with step holes. Its machining aperture accuracy can reach IT7~IT8 level or above, and the surface roughness can reach Ra0.2-0.4 μ m. By using local honing, the taper, ellipticity, and local aperture errors of the workpiece can be corrected. For some cold drawn steel pipes, they can be directly subjected to strong honing.
