The ZK2102/03 series CNC deep hole drilling machine is an efficient, high-precision, and highly automated specialized deep hole drilling machine that uses the external chip drilling method (gun drilling method). Through one continuous drilling, it can replace the machining accuracy and surface roughness that usually require drilling, expanding, and reaming processes. This machine tool is controlled by a digital control system, which not only has single action function, but also has automatic cycle function. Therefore, it is suitable for small-scale processing, especially for the processing requirements of large-scale production. It can drill through holes as well as process blind holes or stepped holes.
