  1、 Preparation before use

  2、 Parameter settings

  Workpiece analysis: Based on factors such as material, hardness, and aperture of the workpiece, set parameters such as feed rate, cutting depth, and rotational speed reasonably.

  Parameter input: Enter the set machining parameters through the operation panel or touch screen of the CNC system.


  3、 Fixed workpiece

  Choose a clamping device: Use an appropriate clamping device to ensure good stability of the workpiece during processing and prevent vibration or deformation.

  Accurate clamping: The workpiece should be firmly clamped on the workbench and positioned accurately to ensure that the axis of the machining hole is consistent with the axis of the machine tool spindle.


  4、 Processing process

  Start the device: After confirming that all settings are correct, start the CNC deep hole honing machine.

  Monitoring processing: Real time monitoring of the processing process, viewing cutting parameters and workpiece status through touch screens or sensors. If there are any abnormal sounds, vibrations, or high temperatures, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection.

  Cooling and lubrication: Regularly add coolant to prevent overheating and tool wear. Meanwhile, lubrication is also necessary to reduce friction and improve machining efficiency.


  5、 Shutdown and maintenance

  Processing completed: After the processing is completed, stop the spindle first, then move the worktable to the appropriate position and carefully remove the workpiece.

  Equipment cleaning: Clean and maintain the machine tool, remove surface chips, coolant, and oil stains.

  Component inspection: Check the wear of vulnerable components such as oil stones and replace them if necessary.

  Equipment maintenance: Regular comprehensive maintenance of equipment, including checking whether electrical circuits, transmission components, etc. are normal, to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment.
