Privacy Policy
Dezhou Guanghe Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (“Guanghe”, “we”, “us”) uses the information submitted through this website to respond to industrial machine-tool enquiries, review workpiece requirements and prepare technical or commercial proposals.
Information we collect
Depending on the form you use, we may collect your name, business email, telephone or WhatsApp number, country or region, company or project details, product interest, drawings and workpiece parameters, and the content of your message.
For attribution and website measurement, we may also process the landing page, referring page, campaign parameters (such as UTM values), Google advertising identifiers such as GCLID/GBRAID/WBRAID when present, device and browser information, and submission reference identifiers.
How we use information
- Respond to your enquiry and communicate about your project.
- Review drawings, machining requirements, configuration and acceptance criteria.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations and service information.
- Prevent duplicate submissions, maintain security and diagnose website errors.
- Measure advertising and website performance using aggregated or attributed data.
Cookies and measurement
This website may use cookies or similar technologies for essential website functions, attribution and Google Ads measurement. Advertising conversion data is used to understand whether an enquiry followed an advertising interaction; it is not treated as proof of a qualified sales opportunity.
Google Analytics and consent choices
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Ads to understand aggregated website activity, such as traffic source or campaign, landing and visited pages, navigation paths, scrolls, video engagement and deliberately configured events such as the server-verified enquiry event. Automatic outbound-click, file-download, site-search and form-interaction events are not enabled. We do not send link_url, file_name, search_term, form_id, form_name or form_destination parameters to GA4. Analytics page URLs retain only strictly cleaned campaign parameters; all other query parameters are removed before measurement. Page paths that appear to contain an email address, telephone number or invalid encoding are replaced with a fixed redacted path. Referrers are reduced to origin only, without paths, query strings or fragments. We use Advanced Consent Mode: before you make a choice, analytics and advertising storage remain denied. If you reject non-essential storage, we do not write our optional analytics or advertising storage, although Google tags may send cookieless measurement signals.
The banner lets you accept all or reject non-essential storage. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by selecting the persistent Cookie choices control. The essential consent-choice record expires after 180 days. If accepted, our first-touch advertising attribution record expires after 90 days of inactivity and is refreshed on subsequent visits; its session journey ends with the browser session. Form field values and uploaded files are not sent to Google Analytics. We do not send names, email addresses, telephone or WhatsApp numbers, message text or drawing contents in analytics event parameters.
GA4 event-level and user-level data retention is configured to 14 months; standard aggregated reports may be retained differently. Google cookies follow Google's own documented lifetimes. For information about those technologies and how Google uses data from sites that use its services, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Sharing and international processing
We may share information with service providers that support website hosting, email, analytics, advertising, customer communication or technical delivery, only to the extent necessary for those services. We do not sell submitted enquiry information. Because we serve international customers, information may be processed in China or other locations where our service providers operate, subject to reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.
Retention and security
We retain enquiry and attribution information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the project, legal, security and business-record purposes. We use access controls and other reasonable measures to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to applicable legal and business-record requirements. You may also choose not to provide optional information, although this may limit our ability to evaluate a technical request.
Contact
For questions or requests about this policy, contact admin@dzghsk.com.
Please do not submit confidential drawings, trade secrets or personal information that is not necessary for the initial technical review. A separate confidentiality agreement can be discussed where appropriate.
